General Branch Manager (Sales Focus) (Wholesale/Retail/Warehouse/Sales/Operations)

Location: Aberdeen, Scotland. Must live within 30 min commutable distance of Aberdeen.

Salary: £50-60k DOE & Profit Share/Bonus (*Control your own destiny / Can be substantial)!

Key Responsibilities :

• Account and Territory Development : Strengthen and develop long-term relationships with clients and suppliers to outpace competitors. Revive areas of declining sales and establish your territory as the preferred supplier choice.
• Range & Relationship Development : Collaborate with market-leading suppliers to drive innovation and product range expansion in key accounts.
• Sales Leadership : Manage and inspire field sales teams and account managers, ensuring they hit targets and exceed expectations.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient stock management and timely distribution.
• Financial Management : Lead the finance team, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance meets business goals.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
