I’m recruiting a Site Manager for residential and apartment block projects. This office and site-based role is ideal for an ex-trade professional with strong site experience.
Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee subcontractors & site teams
✔ Ensure health & safety compliance
✔ Manage site logistics & materials
✔ Keep projects on schedule & budget
Requirements:
✅ Ex-trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, etc.)
✅ Experience managing residential projects
✅ Up-to-date H&S knowledge
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
