Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37hrs per week)

Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Notes: Must hold full UK drivers license. Must be able to pass a DBS check prior to starting

Duties

Working as part of the general maintenance team, if you have a particular strength/specialty then you will be predominantly carrying out works of that nature.

Carpentry Bias - Working as part of a team to instal wetrooms, adaptation kitchens as well normal kitchens, joinery works such as new doors skirtings and fencing, PVC fitting experience would be a bonus

Painter Bias - works would include kitchen and bathroom painting to a range of property types it may also include a small amount of filling and making good

Plumbing Bias - works would include kitchen and bathroom painting to a range of property types it may also include a small amount of filling and making good
