The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of multiple residential developments. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets and costs

Working closely with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency

Conducting regular valuations, cost reports, and forecasting

Managing subcontractor procurement, agreements, and payments

Handling cost variations and resolving any financial issues

Supporting the project team in delivering homes on time and within budget
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor in the
residential housebuilding sector
is essential

Proven track record of delivering accurate costings and budgets on housing developments

Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management processes

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying software and MS Office

Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
