Graduate Town Planner - Basingstoke

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
• Conduct research and provide advice on planning policies and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
• Support senior planners in delivering a range of development projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) (essential).
• A strong interest in urban development, sustainability, and community planning.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

A valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
