We are looking for 1x full time Trainee Fitter & Workshop Manufacturer to join our bubbly team. Previous experience using tools/being hands on is required but fitting and/or blind manufacturing experience is not essential as full in-house training will be provided.

Brief duties:

Manufacturing in house - cutting & shaping MDF, cutting timber, cording blinds, making curtain tracks, fabric covered boards, headboards.

Installation on site - installing blinds, curtains, pelmets, tracks etc. and bed treatments at high end properties. Steaming & dressing curtains.

The chosen candidate must have the following:

• Full or automatic clean driving license
• Previous experience using tools
• Able to work within a team
• Willing to exceed their expectations
• High attention to detail
• Very keen interest to learn
• Able to speak and read written English

The post holder must have a very keen interest in the work that they do and are willing to learn, develop and progress within our small team. Must be willing to travel within Europe with a team with overnight stays arranged by the company.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 12pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
