Our client, a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, is currently seeking a skilled Lead Planner - Electrical to join their team on a large Data Centre project in Brussels, Belgium. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning using Primavera P6
-
Develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs

Set up and manage Project Controls Systems including WBS, Progress Measurement System, and schedule baselining
-
Monitor and report on project progress, labour hours, and efficiencies
-
Manage the site planning team
-
Ensure timely updates of schedules and notify clients of any delays

Prepare monthly management and project reports
Job Requirements:

Experience in construction planning

Advanced user of Primavera P6
-
Solid Mechanical and Electrical construction experience, ideally in data centre projects

Knowledge and experience of Delay Analysis Techniques

Strong people management skills
