The CDM Advisor Role

As the successful CDM Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, working on a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will see you collaborating with industry-leading professionals to deliver pre-construction information, carry out design risk reviews, manage construction phase plans, and conduct health and safety audits.

The CDM Advisor will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from commercial developments to large-scale residential schemes and landmark infrastructure projects. The ideal CDM Advisor will have

• A degree or professional qualification in construction, design, or a related field.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar Health and Safety accreditation.
• Experience delivering CDM advisory services within a consultancy environment.
• Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and construction safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
