Options Resourcing are working with one of the UKs leading main contractors to recruit a Site Manager to join their growing Bristol office. With a healthy order book stretching into 2026 covering projects in education, commercial offices and student accommodation this is a great chance to join a growing regional office offering natural opportunities for career development. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing the internals on student accommodation or similar high rise residential developments.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
RAMS and Permit issuing
Maintaining site records and progress reports.

Requirements:
HNC or Degree in Construction
SMSTS
1st Aid Qualification
CSCS Card
