Damp & Mould Maintenance Operatives

• Locations: South West London and South East London
• Van and Fuel card provided so must have full UK Driving licence
• £14.60 per hour PAYE or £19.07 per hour via Umbrella
• 40 hours per week
• Social Housing Maintenance & Repairs

We are currently looking to recruit for 2 Labourers with damp and mould experience working on social housing properties.

Job Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing properties
• You will also be required to complete associated repairs and basic maintenance

The Successful Applicant will have:

• Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role
• Experience undertaking mould washing
• You must have a valid driving license
• Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties
