Key Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part 1 qualification is essential.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Solid understanding of current UK building regulations.
• Previous industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
