Your new role
Working on a large commercial development, they require a Groundworks Supervisor for a project based on the outskirts of Cambridge. You will be required to oversee and manage all groundwork activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
Duties to include:

• Supervise and coordinate all groundwork activities, including excavation, drainage, foundations, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of groundworkers, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS required
