We currently have opportunities for experienced Soft Strip Demolition Supervisors to work in the London area.

Applicants with specific experience in managing principal contractor deconstruction, demolition or soft strip projects will only be considered.This is due to the current demand and timescales of projects due to start within the business.

Daily duties will involve the following:
Working and liaising with Site managers to ensure the job runs to programme.
Site Inductions

Daily Works & Hazard Briefings

Ordering Tools & Materials

Checking drawings for issues and changes
Instructing the labourers and skilled workers on site
Being responsible for health and safety on site (carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring correct PPE is worn)
Recording events on site in an electronic site diary
Emailing the clients and Operations managers to inform them of progress/issues on site
Electronic & Paperwork including RFIs, Waste transfer, Stock Checks, check lists, inspections, etc

About the Candidate: The successful candidate will have the following:

SSSTS or SupervisorCSCS Card
PASMA

First Aid at Work

Asbestos Awareness

Manual Handling
English speaking

MS word and Excel proficient
