? Drylining Site Manager Wanted! ??

? We are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join our client's team for exciting projects across Essex, Hertfordshire, London, and Kent. If you have a proven track record in managing drylining and ceiling installations, this opportunity is perfect for you!

?? Responsibilities include:

? Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed as per specifications and build programmes.

? Providing regular reports on progress, resource levels, and programme deadlines.

? Coordinating and supervising onsite operatives, ensuring quality and timely installations.

? Liaising with clients, site teams, and other construction professionals.

? Maintaining clear communication with our Contracts Managers and office team.

? Scheduling, procuring, and organising materials and plant requirements.

? Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

?? The ideal candidate will possess:

? Essential site supervisor or management experience (minimum 2 years).

? Previous experience on both small- and large-scale projects.

? Strong technical knowledge in drylining and ceiling systems.

? Excellent organisation and communication skills.

? Ability to manage Health & Safety requirements on site.

? Familiarity with document control and QA systems such as Fieldwire, Viewpoint (4projects), SnagR, etc.

? Valid Driving Licence.

? Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

? Valid CSCS Card - Black or Gold preferred but not essential.

? First Aid at Work preferred but not essential.
