We are currently recruiting experienced Civils Supervisors for new fibre builds across Cornwall.

The role will cover all aspects of civils while managing the subcontractor civils teams to ensure contract performance, quality, and safety standards are met.

Salary up to £45K DOE, Company Vehicle, pension and excellent company benefits.

The primary duties include the responsibility for the following:

• Supervise and coordinate sub-contractor civils teams.
• Excavation & Reinstatement Audits.
• Monitor the quality performance adhering to HAUC.
• Daily reporting on productivity and onsite measuring of construction works.
• Problem-solving day-to-day issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders / local authorities and the public.
• Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:

• Two years minimum experience in Telecoms FTTx and PIA Networks.
• Experience in supervising multiple builds and teams across a region.
• NRSWA Supervisor Accreditations
• Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, SROH, Notices and Permits.
• Civils Knowledge, including Excavation and Reinstatements.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.
