Operations Manager - Voids
Salary £58,271 + 2024/25 pay award pending
Position: Permanent, full time (37hrs)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for professional, driven and "hands on" Operations Managers to help deliver the Maintenance Operations Business Plan and have responsibility for the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance works across Citizen’s property portfolio.
Working in Coventry, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Maintenance. You will manage the day-to-day activity of Trade Supervisors and Trade Engineers and you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent operational field performance. You will ensure that both directly employed and subcontracted resources are sourced and managed.
The successful candidate will be included on the out-of-hours duty rota and be required to provide remote support to the out-of-hours service. The post-holder will receive additional payment when on the rota.
There will be a need to travel to the offices in Birmingham.
