Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Assist with design development across residential, hospitality, and community projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed renders.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver creative solutions.
• Work on planning submissions and assist with project coordination.
• RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Proficiency in industry standard software's- Microstation is used within the team, but training can be provided.
• Strong design and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and independently.
• You must be living locally to the office.
