Recruitment & Candidate Placement:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates.
Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to attract skilled professionals in the professional construction field.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client’s expectations and job requirements.
Strategy Development & Implementation:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
Performance & Metrics:
Achieve defined recruitment and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement success rates.
Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction industry.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
