Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional construction sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including site managers, project managers, and construction executives.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to fulfill their project(s) and operational requirements.
  • Recruitment & Candidate Placement:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates.
    • Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to attract skilled professionals in the professional construction field.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client’s expectations and job requirements.
  • Strategy Development & Implementation:

    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance & Metrics:

    • Achieve defined recruitment and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement success rates.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and social media platforms.
