PageGroup are delighted to support a successful business based in Derby with the appointment of a Regional HR Advisor to support a multi-site construction business for a 12-18 month interim role - with scope for permanent in future.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 home per week (travel to other sites required business needed dependent)

Description

The role of Regional HR Advisor will support a number of sites, partnering with a range of stakeholders to support with generalist people matters, including but not limited to:

• Provide accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff
• Support with HR projects and initiatives
• Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and retirement.
• Assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure the HR system is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
• Deliver training sessions related to HR practices and procedures.
• Upskill line manager to deal with people matters

Profile

A successful Regional HR Advisor will have a proven background in a similar role
