A National Award Winning Housing Developer are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a site in Dudley.
The ideal candidate will have PLC House Building experience and have worked on a timber frame site.
Job Duties:
Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Manage project timelines and budgets
Supervise and lead on-site teams
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS certification
CSCS card
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
Valid Driving Licence
First Aid certification
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated experience in PLC House Building
Proven track record of managing timber frame sites
Strong understanding of construction processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
