About the Role:

• Inputting customer orders and purchase sales orders from suppliers
• Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
• Maintains accurate records including but not limited to training matrix etc.
• Keeping the office in a tidy and organised manner
• Liaising with both client and team
• Reporting to the commercial director
• Managing the sales teams
• Ensuring a smooth project from manufacturing to installation
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company?s customer base and solidify its presence
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams? strengths and weaknesses
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

About the candidate:

• Confident and able
• Must be computer literate
• Extremely well organised
• Experience in running an office environment
• Good interpersonal skills for communication
• Experienced in managing teams
