We are seeking a hardworking and reliable
External Window Cleaner
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the exterior windows of residential, commercial properties and construction sites, ensuring a spotless and streak-free finish. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean external windows, glass surfaces, and façades using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.

Use ladders, water-fed pole systems, and has experience using traditional window clean method.

Ensure all work is carried out safely, following health and safety regulations.

Inspect windows for dirt, smudges, and damage, reporting any issues as needed.

Handle and maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.

Follow schedules and complete assigned jobs in a timely manner.

There may also be the need for internal windows to be cleaned.
Requirements:

CSCS cards permitting access to construction sites is essential.

Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred.

Ability to work at heights and use harnesses, ropes, or scaffolding safely.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for various glass types.

Good physical fitness and stamina.
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

A valid driver’s license is essential and willingness to travel to job sites.

Ideally you will have access to your own van and compensated for mileage.

Certification in working at heights or rope access (desirable but not required).
Areas of work:

You will be required to travel to different work sites. Locations may include London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
