Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in our residential properties.

Regularly conducting maintenance checks to ensure electrical systems are working correctly.

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

Promptly responding to emergency call-outs and resolving issues efficiently.

Working closely with the property management team to address any concerns or queries.

Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems as required.

Profile
A successful Residential Maintenance Electrician should have:

Electrical NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications

18th Edition qualification
-
2391 Certificate
-
A valid UK Drivers license

Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs outside of regular working hours.
