The Assistant Legal Executive
This is a golden opportunity for a legal graduate eager to embark on their first legal role or a seasoned legal executive seeking a new challenge. The consultancy offers a comprehensive in-house training program related to construction consultancy, along with clear pathways for internal growth and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide robust legal support in all aspects of dispute resolution services, either independently or as part of a team.

Prepare and present documents for contractual claims, defence of claims, or as an expert third party.

Support Directors and Senior Consultants, representing the company with utmost professionalism.

Draft and prepare contractual claim documentation, focusing on delay and quantum issues.

Engage with clients to understand and address potential or crystallized disputes.

Offer expert contractual advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Review and amend contract documentation, advising clients on associated risks and opportunities.

Draft and prepare construction contract documents.

Develop and deliver training content and courses.

Prepare expert witness reports.

Stay abreast of new statutes and judicial changes affecting clients.

Publish insightful legal updates for internal and external audiences.
The Assistant Legal Executive

Holds a degree in law.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Exhibits a strong command of written English.

Experienced in drafting comprehensive reports.
