McGinley are looking for an experienced and motivated Groundworker to join our team on Heathrow. As a Groundworker, you will perform essential tasks that support various stages of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation
• Drainage & Utility Installation
• Concrete & Foundations
• Health & Safety

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker in construction or civil engineering
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCS, CSCS) required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Additional qualifications, such as confined space, first aid, or banksman certifications, are beneficial
