  We’re looking for CPCS/NPORS dumper and roller operators who can also support with basic groundworks. This role is ideal for drivers who are comfortable getting involved on the ground when needed.

  Essential Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS/NPORS tickets for Dumper and Roller

  • Valid CSCS labourer or skilled worker card

  • Ability to carry out daily pre-start plant checks and report servicing needs

  • Experience assisting with groundworks (e.g. slabs, kerbs, edgings, drainage, footings)

  • Confident working safely around live services

  • Capable of supporting 360° machine operations (banking and working with excavators)

  • Able to read and follow site levels/drawings when required

  • Proactive and reliable with good time management

  Desirable:

  • Additional plant tickets (Telehandler, etc.)

  • 1+ years’ experience in groundworks/construction

  • Experience working as part of a small team or gang
