Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a valid SMSTS certificate and Telehandler ticket to oversee a civils gang on our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, operating a telehandler, and assisting with site records and Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the civils gang, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

Operate the telehandler safely and effectively for material handling and site logistics.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of site records, including daily reports and timesheets.

Collaborate with site management to develop and implement RAMS, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to site safety guidelines.

Provide training and guidance to team members as necessary.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:

Valid SMSTS certification.

Valid Telehandler ticket.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or civils sector.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
