We're looking for a experienced Labourer to join a well-established organisation within the commercial construction industry, where you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, assisting with a range of general labouring duties to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

As a Labourer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting groundworks and general labouring tasks, such as fetching, carrying, and assisting senior team members
• Moving materials around the site as required
• Actively maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time, in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contributing to the successful completion of new builds, as well as residential, domestic, and commercial projects

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience working as a Labourer on a busy construction site
• A valid CSCS card
• Positive and proactive attitude toward work
• Ability to work independently to a high standard while collaborating effectively within a small team
• A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle, as start times may vary and may not align with public transport schedules

This temporary role will last initially for 3-4 weeks, working full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a hourly pay rate of £11.44 plus holiday pay. The base location is near Pen Y Groes, Caernarfon, although travel to various sites across North Wales may be required.
