Job Title: CSA Construction Manager - Data Centre (German Speaking)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join our team for a major data centre project in Frankfurt. You will lead and oversee all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project. You must be a fluent German speaker with a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically within the data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the CSA works, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Collaborate closely with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee quality control and ensure that all work adheres to relevant regulations and standards
• Coordinate and manage the various contractors and teams on site, resolving any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure health and safety protocols are maintained
• Provide regular reports on project progress to the client

Requirements:

• Fluent in German
• Have experience working client side
• Extensive experience in CSA management for data centres
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work client-side and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Relevant qualifications in Civil, Structural, or Architectural engineering are highly desirable
