The Springfield Group are looking to recruit fully qualified Painters to join our busy Construction team. These full-time positions will work across our developments in Moray and the Highlands.

About the Role

The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of painting and decorating duties.

Your pay will be based on price work with competitive targets, and you will be entitled to other employee benefits including private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle scheme and free gym membership.

About You

• Achieved an SCQF Level 6 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent.
• Have previous experience working on new build properties is preferred but not essential.
• A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with the wider Construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
