The difference you will make as a Asset & Building Safety Officer
You will support the Asset Operations Manager to manage an effective and risk-based program of building safety across Riverside Scotland. Implement and ensure delivery of a robust contract management process across all areas of building safety and compliance. Support the delivery of a high-quality capital works programme for Riverside Scotland.
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant qualification in construction management or working towards
Relevant qualification in energy efficiency/carbon literacy or working towards
Experience of high value budget management across capital and revenue expenditure
Sound understanding of financial control measures.
Experience of delivering Asset management functions within a social housing environment.
