About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting for a
Temporary Site Manager
to oversee the delivery of a
commercial fit-out project
in
Perthshire
.
Project Type:
High-spec fit-out within the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and ensure works are progressing to programme
-
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
-
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
-
Manage site inductions and daily briefings
-
Monitor progress, maintain site records, and report to the contracts/project manager
-
Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
-
Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects (commercial experience preferred)
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work (mandatory)
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to manage trades and subcontractors under tight deadlines
-
Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
