As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervise all on-site activity.
• Responsible for driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and NHBC related activity on site.
• Coordinating and liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Directing labour, equipment, and resources to achieve project completion on time and within budget.
• Providing leadership and mentoring to the site team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Ensuring first-class customer service through walk arounds / handovers.

The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following key skills:

• A proven track record delivering new build house building projects.
• Strong management skills to demonstrate confidence and comfort when liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
• Up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC Regulations.
