A reputable contractor is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator to support operations on a busy new-build housing site in Knaresborough. This role is ideal for a competent individual with a solid track record in site-based telehandler operation, looking for stable, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a telehandler on site to assist in the movement of materials and equipment
Support site teams with general duties when the machine is not in use
Load and unload deliveries efficiently
Conduct daily safety checks on the machine and ensure compliance with site safety standards
Communicate effectively with site management and other trades
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) Telehandler Operator qualification
Valid CSCS card
Full PPE
Proven experience on housing sites or similar construction projects
Strong awareness of health and safety on site
