An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced MRTPI Town Planner to join a UK leading housebuilder working on an exciting range of developments in the North of England!

My client's dynamic team are renowned in the market for delivering on an exciting range of residential developments across North England, and they are now looking to make the addition of an experience Town Planner, ideally with a background working in the private or public sector in the field of development management / planning policy.

Duties of this role will be to carry out planning and development appraisals, prepare and submit planning and other related applications within the residential sector for both immediate and strategic sites.

Candidate Requirement:

• Degree / Masters Planning Degree ideally with an MRTPI accreditation and a rounded knowledge of town planning.
• Ability to adapt to change and to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
