Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Leeds (outside city Centre)

£30 PH CIS

(40 -44 hour week)

4-5 months work

Parking close by £5 per day

The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of commercial M&E Installations across the region.

You will be repsonsible for dfay to day mechanical

You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.

You will be responsible for procuring materials.

You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works and implementation of RAMS on site .

The Person:

• Strong Supervisory skills
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Gold CSCS Card- Time-served Plumber or Pipefitter ideally.
• A clean DBS check is essential too
• Strong working knowledge of Electrical Works.
• Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager.
