We’re looking for 1-2 experienced sales professionals to join a leading provider of security and facilities management solutions. With over a decade of success, our business is known for delivering innovative services to clients across construction sites, schools, estates, and business premises.
If you’re a motivated, consultative sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a track record of delivering results within the construction, Facilities or Security sector, we want to hear from you.
The Role

Build and manage a sales pipeline through networking, face-to-face meetings, and over the phone.

Develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

Provide tailored solutions for clients, focusing on quality and value.

Split your time between the Central Leeds office and field visits to clients.
What You’ll Need

Proven
B2B sales experience
, ideally in construction, facilities, or security sectors.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience with
HubSpot CRM
or similar tools is preferred.

A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
