B2B Sales Executive

Sales Opportunity - B2B, Construction, Facilities or Security

Location : Central Leeds (LS1) + Field-Based
Salary : £28-£35k DOE + Uncapped Bonus (£400+ pcm realistic)
Company Car or Car Allowance Provided

We’re looking for 1-2 experienced sales professionals to join a leading provider of security and facilities management solutions. With over a decade of success, our business is known for delivering innovative services to clients across construction sites, schools, estates, and business premises.

If you’re a motivated, consultative sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a track record of delivering results within the construction, Facilities or Security sector, we want to hear from you.

The Role

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through networking, face-to-face meetings, and over the phone.
  • Develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Provide tailored solutions for clients, focusing on quality and value.
  • Split your time between the Central Leeds office and field visits to clients.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven B2B sales experience , ideally in construction, facilities, or security sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is preferred.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
