Niyaa people are working with a national housing provider to recruit a Building Surveyor in West Yorkshire. Our client are looking for a HNC qualified Building Surveyor to work as a contract lead on their repairs, maintenance and capital upgrade projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation are compliant with Health and safety, Compliance and CDM regulations.
The Building Surveyor role requires:
Minimum HNC qualification in surveying or similar discipline
Experience working in a social housing setting
Experience in identifying and resolving complex property defects
