What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Executive : -

  • Salary of up to £30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
  • Permanent contract

The Role - Customer Service Executive :

  • Responsible for managing customer service on inbound telephone enquiries as well as email and webchat
  • Responding to customer email and telephone requests
  • Confirming prices and processing new orders
  • Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives
  • Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
  • Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive :

  • Previous experience working in a customer service driven role - ESSENTIAL
  • Accurate data processing - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry - DESIREABLE
  • Administration / Computer Literacy - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Culture Driven: Unity, Team Player, Good Communicator, Upbeat and down to earth
