The Role:
This challenging and rewarding role is heavily focused towards performance management.
You will be responsible for leading your team of supervisors (Front Line Managers), to deliver an efficient and safe service. Covering the South Region on AMP8
As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge, you will be responsible for maximising operational performance, whilst maintaining appropriate safety and quality standards. You will be covering the South Region including Northampton, Milton Keynes, Huntingdon and Peterborough on AMP8 within our contract for Anglian Water.

You are an inspiring leader, with highly developed communication skills, commercial awareness and diplomacy, possessing experience within the utilities sector.
Key qualifications include NRSWA Supervisors, First Aid at Work, SMSTS (or equivalent), EUSR Water Hygiene, Cat & Genny, and deep excavation experience. Additional training in Temporary Works Coordination, CDM, and LOLER is required.
A Project Management qualification and experience in business development, strategy, and balancing service delivery with solutions are desirable.
