We are representing a leading contractor who are looking for a Trades Supervisor in Liverpool. Trades Supervisor duties:
Take charge of overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance projects across various buildings
Lead and manage a team of talented tradespeople
Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
Conduct regular site inspections
Ensure consistent performance against targets
Monitor quality of work
Complete appropriate paperwork
The successful trades supervisor:
Demonstrable expertise in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
Previous experience supervising or managing a team of trades guys
Strong familiarity with repairs and maintenance processes
Prior experience working 'on the tools'
Ability to thrive under pressure
