Quantity Surveyor

CRC are looking for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor on a New Build / Refurbishment project based in Southeast London as soon as possible for ongoing long-term work.

Start date: Immediately

Duration: On Going / Long Term

Hours: 8:00am -5pm (Monday - Friday)

Your main duties will include the following:

• Visiting Clients - Ideally the right candidate will be local to the Southeast, London area as you will need to be visiting clients around London.
• Hands on estimations
• Working with drawings
• Problem solving
• Strong Communication is mandatory
• This role would best be suited for a QS that has been on small to medium size projects in the past
• Degree qualified would be beneficial but not mandatory
