? Building Surveyor (HHSRS Qualified)
?? Location: London. Hybrid (Primarily site-based, with 1 day/week from home)
? Type : Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

• Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC).
• Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Collaborate with teams on complex repairs and major works.
• Ensure accurate asset data management and compliance with Decent Homes standards.
• Provide expert surveying advice across the RIBA plan of works (0-7).

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in a construction-related subject or equivalent experience.
• Accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification with proven inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and asset performance data.
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
