Your Role & Responsibilities

?? Deliver high-quality Building Surveys , including Condition, Dilapidation, and DDA Surveys .

?? Act as Contract Administrator , managing specifications, drawings, and client relationships.

?? Provide expert advice on Building Pathology and innovative design solutions.

?? Work with both public and private sector clients , ensuring high standards of service delivery.

?? Mentor junior team members , fostering the next generation of industry talent.

?? Maintain financial performance , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

? Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/CIOB) with 5+ years of experience in the built environment.

? Proven track record in delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services .

? Strong technical knowledge in construction, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

? Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills .

? Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment .
