We are experiencing a significant increase in demand for our unique service, and to meet this requirement, we are now recruiting for a Site Manager. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our on-site team.

Please note that this role is based on Night shifts.

The ideal applicant will have:

• To have a good understanding of H&S and to be able to apply all H&S requirements.

• Previous experience as a site manager in the fitout sector.

• To have a commercial approach to site management, to be able to identify cost savings and understands budget issues.

• CSCS card (Management level)

• People management skills, to be able to instruct staff, deal with challenging staffing situations and maintain a productive, and disciplined working environment

• Ability to read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD

• The willingness to travel to meetings/events

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

• Qualified first aider

• Construction Management HND/Degree or equivalent

• Relevant H&S qualification
