We have a role doing:

• Analysing current and newly acquired market intelligence and datasets to contribute to new business development efforts
• Offering suitable options for clients
• Adding and updating leads/enquiries database
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with potential tenants and buyers
• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Negotiating lease agreements and sales transactions for commercial spaces and buildings
• Participating in client/team marketing meetings

You are….

• An excellent communicator with the ability to use your initiative & spot opportunities
• The ability to multitask as the role is fast paced and busy a lot of the time
• Passionate about property
• Hungry with good energy and MOTIVATED
• Good numeracy, literacy & IT skills
