Position Overview:
We are, is seeking a UK based Life Cycle Design coach to support our customers achieve their net zero goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in LCA - ideally in the built environment, a passion for sustainability, and an empathetic approach to customer service. This role is available as Remote or Hybrid - we have a coworking space you may choose to attend in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure our users/customers feel heard in a respectful & empathetic manner
Respond in a timely manner across all our tasks based on our service level agreements (SLA) & task priority levels
Provide quality support and training that leads to high levels of software proficiency and increased levels of user/customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to user/customer satisfaction & software experience
Managing user/customer expectations in line with protecting the company’s best interests
Continual improvement to support our team and customers
About you:
You have a Tertiary qualification in Building Design / Environmental Engineering / Sustainability BSc or other relevant area or equivalent work experience
You can evidence in LCA, ideally in the built environment
You excel at customer service experience and stakeholder management
