THE ROLE:

As Operations Manager, you will oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations,
ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with our Inspection Team Manager, Operations Scheduler, and senior management team to maintain and enhance our reputation as a trusted leader in the fire door inspection industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and operational expertise to make a real impact in a growing sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimise operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project management for fire door inspections.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and support a team of inspectors and operational staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic goals.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is driven, highly organised, and committed to excellence. You will have a passion for safety and compliance and bring the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the fire safety or construction industry.
• An understanding of fire door regulations and compliance standards (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
