Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract specifications for feasibility.
• Plan and schedule installations, balancing client needs and operational capacity.
• Lead site visits and pre-start meetings to assess readiness and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient project execution.
• Align projects with business goals alongside the Operations Director.
• Oversee snagging processes and resolve issues before final approval.
• Conduct final site inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support additional tasks to meet business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing site labor and overseeing projects from planning to completion.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
