Remuneration: £55,000 - £70,000 + profit share bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Washrooms will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with the installation of a range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories
• Dealing with main contractors and sub-contractors
• Reviewing and interpreting scope of works to gain a full understanding of projects
• Keeping track of monthly application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budget or financial constraints
• Managing legal and contractual relations associated with projects to ensure that our client is protected during pre and post contract stage
• Liaising with sales, estimating, design and contracts team on a regular basis
• Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
• Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and site staff
• Working on projects ranging in value from £50,000 - £3,500,000

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Washrooms with:

• Must have Quantity Surveying experience in the washrooms or relatable market sector such as joinery or fit out
• Experienced in JCT Contracts and contracts amendments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Commercially astute
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure
• A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
